How Do Terrain Credits Work?
Terrain Credits allow you to buy any of our Terrain Packs for free! You can get them if you join the EOB Terrain, or EOB MegaFans tiers! Something of note is to encourage people to use them; you are capped at 12 credits. So please spend them to make sure you’re getting 100% of your money’s worth!
What is the Difference between Monthly and Yearly Memberships?
The main difference is you get a discount if you join the Yearly Memberships. The tiers that have Terrain Credits (EOB Terrain, EOB MegaFans) work differently depending on if you choose Monthly or Yearly. The monthly version gets 1 Terrain Credit for every month you’re signed up and accrues credits if you don’t use them. If you cancel your Monthly Membership then your credits go away. For yearly you get 12 credits right away. And if you join and cancel you keep your credits. Because of the price of the tier we wanted it to be easier to cancel and keep your credits.
My Discord doesn’t seem to be connecting!
This can happen if your email for the account is different than the email for your Discord. Please fill out this form and contact us with this issue and we will resolve it!
How do I cancel memberships?
If you no longer want a membership all you have to do is go to your account on the right side and click Manage My Subscription. There you can easily cancel it!
How do I upgrade/downgrade Memberships?
First you have to cancel your membership. If you are on the EOB Terrain Tier or EOB MegaFans make sure you spend all of your Terrain Credits because they get removed once you cancel. After you cancel your membership you can then join a tier like you did originally! For upgrading, you will be given a discount code to apply at checkout to pay the difference between tiers. If you join EOB Fans for $3 and switch to EOB Terrain for $12.50 you will get a discount that will make the overall cost $9.50.
How can I get your digital STLs printed?
Most people print the STLs themselves but you can ask a buddy or even a 3D printing service to do it for you. All the printing you do is for personal use and we ask you to not sell our STLs or printed models without our permission.
I am switching from Patreon and I need help getting my old terrain packs!

Can I get a Refund for Digital Downloads?
Refunds are accepted up until you download the files. We understand purchases could be made accidently. But once they are downloaded we can't verify if you have them or not.
